For couples who feel overwhelmed with the planning process and want to gain additional support, we begin your planning journey 6 months before your special day.

You may be having more DIY elements and need a hand with the design, sourcing or logistical elements.

What’s included?

  • You will have 6 in person/online meetings with your dedicated wedding coordinator to go through your vision from point A to B and make sure it is executed perfectly.
  • Personalised schedules and checklist based on the story you would like to tell for your day, recommend and sourcing suppliers, organising budget and wedding look.
  • We want you to have no stress what so ever, therefore, leave your wedding day set up and derig to us so that your family and friends can relax with you for the pre celebrations and enjoy the wedding day.
  • You will have 1 dedicated wedding coordinator to manage the suppliers and venue, handle any behind the scenes queries for up to 8 hours on the day.

Starting from £900 (Maximum wedding budget of £25,000, single location and up to 40 guests. Additional guests will incur an additional charge)

Behind the Scenes

Perfect for our DIY couples! If you are unable to set up for your wedding day due to time constraints, our team are here to help with our venue styling service.

What’s included?

  • 2 In depth meeting to go over your vision, wedding plans and items being brought to the venue.
  • Full set up and coordination on the day to look after you and your guests.
  • Venue dressing for chair covers, drapes, tablescapes etc before the day before the wedding and morning of the wedding

Starting from £550 (single location and up to 60 guests. Additional guest numbers will incur an additional charge).
